Housefull 3 is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy film co-written and directed by Sajid-Farhad. It is the third installment of Housefull. Produced bySajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment ,the film is distributed by Eros International Housefull 3 features Akshay Kumar,Abhishek BachchanRiteish DeshmukhJacqueline FernandezNargis Fakhriand Lisa Haydon in the lead roles.[2][3]
Principle photography commenced in October 2015.[4] and filming locations include London and Delhi.[5] The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 3 June 2016

The music for Housefull 3 is composed by Sohail Sen, Komail Shayan,Tanishk BagchiMika Singh Sharib-Toshi.The music rights of the film are acquired by T-Series.Producer Sajid Nadiadwala has bought the rights to theCyndi Lauper cult song “Girls Just Want To Have Fun” which will be used in the film Originally penned and recorded by the American musician Robert Hazard in 1979.[6] The first song called 'Pyaar Ki Maa' released on 24 April on T-Series YouTube Channel, the same day as the trailer released.The Lyrics of the film are penned by Manoj YadavSajid-FarhadDanish Sabri.

The report further states that production house wanted a separate teaser for Anushka's character Aarfa and it will focus a lot on her on-screen personality.
The 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' actress will be celebrating her 28th birthday on May 1st this year. 'Sultan' is expected to hit the silver screens on July 6, 2016.

The following are a number of tips a business can implement that can reduce the negative effects of large scale downsizing:

1. Companies can use job recruiting services to hire employees who have the skills to meet the company's long term vision and goals. This will lessen the chances of having employees who are expendable, and then, a less chance that there will be massive layoffs.

2. If the business has a number of different departments, cross-train your staff so that during difficult economic times, they can be moved around to other departments instead of being laid off.

7. Offer employees shares and stocks in the company in return for taking a pay cut.
8. Offer the employees the opportunity to buy into the company and become part owners.
Although downsizing has shown to be an effective way of cutting costs, most companies prefer not to layoff a large number of employees. Fortunately, with a little creativity and good business management plan, a company can take measures to reduce the negative effects of downsizing on employees, the business, and the staff that survive downsizing.
